In trying to upgrade, OO uninstalled my existing version of Open Office, =
then the installer fails with an error 1303(insufficient rights to =
install =96 log in as an administrator). I am an administrator on a =
Windows 7 laptop and cannot login as =93The Administrator=94.
How do I get by this dilemma?
