May I post an RFE(request for enhancement) to this list?

Why doesn't "http://www.openoffice.org/" have "Bugzilla" tab while
"http://openoffice.org/bugzilla/" has the tab?
Can we add the Bugzilla tab to "http://www.openoffice.org/",
"http://ja.openoffice.org/" and other project home pages?

On "My Page" we used to have "My Tools" such as "Find Issue", "File
Issue", "My Issue".
Can we have them?

We would like to have some easy way to go to Bugzilla and to find, file
issues.
