Congratulation to everybody involved!

Serbian native-language project site[1] is fully migrated including
javascript for handling Serbian Cyrillic to Latin transliteration[2].

There is a new static page for announcements[3] with all data migrated,
as this feature is not available at the new site.

It is really nice to use __modules/ for extending default site template!
At the CollabNet I could not localize header items as Unicode was not
supported. This is all solved now.
