Help menus crash OO

Hello,
 I am a newbie here.  Question: Why, in OO1.1.2, is the application crashing 
when I click Help?  It happens in any type, Doc, SS, Graphics projuect, 
whatever.  It then asks me to fillout this report and send it to OO.  I have done 
that several times and have had no response.  I cannot learn some aspects, 
obviously, of OO withthis condition in place.  
can i please get some advice here, or be directed to a immediate answer or 
cure?  Thanks before hand.
