Content Management interface

Hi

On the wishlist at http://xml.openoffice.org/ I have
seen that people are interested in Content Management Integration
re OOo.

I have recently started OSR-101 which is a proposal going beyond
WebDAV, whereas WebDAV would probably be a major part of it.

Beyond means that for instance OOo wouldn't be just an editor, but
also covering other parts of a Content Management User Interface.

I would very much like to try if something like this would be possible 
with OOo, but to be honest I am a bit lost how to get started with OOo 
development re Content Management interface.

Any pointers or comments are very much appreciated.
