Those error reports are compared against other reports send by you and 
other users and handled somewhat automatically by Sun Developers based 
on frequency of occurance.

What you can do though is to file an issue in issuezilla ( 
http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/pre_submission.html ) best with 
a short description on how to reproduce the problem and include the ID 
you got in those "Thank you for sending us..." Emails in the description.
