Beter laat dan nooit, en *te* laat is het pas als de richtlijn (in de vorm
zoals de Raad van Ministers voorstaat) een feit is. Het is jammer dat deze
niet in een eerder stadium is gestrand, nu moeten alle zeilen worden
bijgezet om ervoor te zorgen dat het EP alle essentiële amendementen
opnieuw inbrengt danwel de richtlijn geheel afwijst.
