I'm located in the UK, in the English Midlands, and I've used the Virgin 
Media mirror site on a number of occasions, but I find the University of 
Kent UK Mirror service 
site,ftp://ftp.mirrorservice.org/sites/download.openoffice.org/,  to be 
faster. I find the fastest to be the Irish mirror site at 
ftp://ftp.heanet.ie/mirrors/openoffice.org/. Hope you find this 
information helpful.
