There is no way to change a subscription in one step. One needs to 
unsubscribe the old and subscribe the new address.

Send a message to the address [email protected] with the
subject unsubscribe and separated by space the list name
(and optionally the address).
<mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe%20discuss%[email protected]>

Re-subscribe with a message to [email protected] with the
subject subscribe and separated by space the list name.
<mailto:[email protected]?subject=subscribe%20discuss>
or just
[email protected]
