The following assumes you're using the Windows version of OOo.org:

Use the Accessibility wizard in Windows to use the numeric keyboard 
instead of the mouse. Tap "5" for a left click.

Shift-F10  or Menu key (between left Alt key and left Ctrl key) for 
right-click.
