I don't know if this has anything to do with Open Office but I'll try anyway. Years ago, I read where if you put a cerain combination of 0's and 1's at the beginning of your contacts list it cannot be pirated or used for spam as the computer doesn't recognize it. I know I did it and, back then there wasn't such a problem of spamming, I don't know if it really worked.
