If you go to this page and log in with your OpenOffice.org account, you can=
 then unsubscribe from any list you are subscribed to with one click.=20=20

Using the same page, you can then restart (or add) any subscription with on=
e click of the Subscribe button when you are ready to receive more mail fro=
m the list.

Also, if you are logged in, you can go to your Logged in as <your username>=
 link, click Edit my profile, and change the e-mail address that is used fo=
r you any time you need to do that.
