[OOo-Hebrew] Date format doesn't change

Hi,


I am using OO V-2.0.2 on Linux. With oo-calc, I can't do the following:

   1. select a set of fields and format it to be the right date format -
      some fields simply wouldn't comply format field is set to
      DD/MM/YYYY but result is as DD/MM/YY when I select such a field I
      notice it starts with a tag "`20/01/07" (get rid of the quotes)
      when I remove the tag (`)I can edit it again.
   2. Can't find how to set default locale such as date format.
   3. After some data was copied off a web browser the field becomes
      mixed with both plain text and links. Can't find how to convert
      the link to plain text.
