Hi Assaf,
TkOS is currently working on Hebrew 2.1.X.
The plan is to release for Windows, Debian and Fedora with tighter 
integration with the Debian and Fedora distros. We are planning our 
next Debian release to be identical to the OOo Hebrew that will be 
released in the Debian Experimental distro. That is bothe Debian and 
Fedora should have better integration with the desktops and official 
package configurations. As for timeframe, we are not ready to commit 
yet.
