[OOo-Hebrew] keeping he.OOo alive

hi all,

we are a brave people that write against the majority direction.

and fortunately we received support from our government and generous 
firms to also have an hebrew OOo.

now that this important work has been disrupted, i wish to ask members 
of this list to join efforts to arrange for merging the hebrew related 
code in some mainstream OOo distribution.

let's help ourselves,
