Make sure you cc the list address: [email protected] (if you do a
"replay all" instead of a "reply", it should be added automaticly).

Make sure that you have a Hebrew keyboard enabled in your Windows setup.
I don't have Windows here, so another person will have to give you
specific instructions on how to do that.
