You can get the free Hebrew culmus fonts at SourceForge.
See http://sourceforge.net/projects/culmus
These include a few fonts that are standard on Hebrew Windows 
installations, David, Nachlieli, FrankRuehl, as well as a few others.

If you have some true-type fonts that you can install on Linux (legally, 
of course), there is an OOo program called spadmin, which installs fonts 
for use by OOo. (Note that it only recognizes true-type fonts with the 
extension "ttf".) Copy the fonts to a directory on your disk, note where 
you put them, and then cd to <OOo Root>/program. Then type ./spadmin, 
and you should be able to take it from there.
