[native-lang] Up to date "What to do first?" document

Hi all.

Just wondered if there was a version of the translators' "What To Do  
First?" document  
(http://translate.sourceforge.net/wiki/guide/project/ooo/whatfirst)  
that correlates with the latest .pot-files  
(http://ooomisc.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/ooomisc/ 
POT/). There seem to be significant changes in the latest releases as  
compared to the current document, which relates to v1.1.3.

If the document I want doesn't exist, where would be a good place to  
start? Actually, that question is answered by the page referenced above  
-- start with Setup, Registration, then Writer. But where do I find the  
.po-files that relate to (e.g.) Setup now?
