[native-lang] add ons and ISVs

Erwin and I are trying to gather information about all the add ons, plug
ins, and ISVs out there for or distributing OOo.

I opened two issues for this purpose:

1. Add ons:  <http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=33986>

2. ISVs: <http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=48079>

if you have any information, great!  The ultimate idea with the add ons
page is to make it easier for users who wish to extend their OOo. For
ISVs, to faciliate their deployment of OOo, if possible.  A lot of them
want to know who else is distributing the product.
