  yes and no. Issues are about the same problems, but the #i21282# is
  for 1.1.x and #i35830# is for 1.9.x. If I'll close one of them as
  duplicate, I'll fix remaining issue in the 1.9.x tree and I'll close
  it as resolved, then the problem will still remain in the 1.1.x
  tree. From this point of view, it's not good to close on of them as
  duplicate.
