thank you for your request. As Andre already said, it will be very 
useful for the NL projects and I encourage everybody here to report to 
the documentation project.
However, I know that some NL project have not yet started a real 
documentation effort. Could you help them in providing something like a 
"standard set" of users guide and development (maybe?) that they can 
translate?
