I rewrote the install process of OOoWikipedia for OOo 2.0
It is now a plain legal addon

it is available here

Feel free to report any remark

especially for japanese friends, could you tell me if your language is 
still supported in the UI ? and if Help > About > notes are readable in 
japanese
