It is nice to see the group announced officially. I hope the project
will ease the inter-communication between the memeber NL projects and
the communities behind them.

I would also be happy to see Farsi NL project in the group.

yes, i think we should communicate on dev@native-lang, as it would
enable all the NL projects to follow the developments withing the
groups.

thanks for the congratulation!
Yes, the region covers many countries and cultures, though all of them
have somehow been connected to each other for milleniums.

Does you words imply Japaneese NL would be willing to join the group? :)
Charles, are there any plans to form another NL Group for Japaneese
and other eastern Eurasian NL projects, or should we invite Japaneese
NL to the Eurasian group too? Japaneese NL has long experience of
solving complex writing issues, and the majority of Eurasian NLG
members use non-latin alphabet as well.

Anyway, it is not solely upon Eurasian NLG to decide which NL projects
should become members. I just wanted to say that Eurasian NLG is an
open group and would be happy to accept more NL projects from this
region, and I would be very happy to raise a glass of Georgian red
wine with Japaneese NL :-)

I am very happy to hear hy NL will join the group. I am sure our close
cooperation would very much benefit our communities.

Sophie,
you have addressed a very important issue. There really is a
communiation problem between NL projects and central NLC. I think this
was one of the reasons Charles supported the creation of NL Groups.

As the oldest NL lead, could you describe how you have handled the
communication issues within your community? As the scope of your NL
spreads over many countries around the globe, it is very interesting
how you have managed to keep one of the best coordinated, communicated
and publicised NL project.
