Hello,

Hindi Localization work is completed for 1.1.4 versions. After that
Rajesh had once indicated that he would be starting on 2.0 . Vijay
from my team had given the GSI files to him.  So we let him do that.
Correct me if I am wrong but even now I believe Rajesh is asking so
that there is no duplication of work. Thats why we stalled on our
part.
