A pointer to the thread would be most useful. Do you mean the threads
in this group. If so, I have found them in the archive, and am going
through them. Javier Sola also pointed me to some useful localization
documents at http://www.khmeros.info/tools/. As far as Oriya
rendering in OOo goes, it was still a problem in build 1.9.m109.
