Hello Khurram , thank you for your interest in OpenOffice.org . We're glad to learn that Urdu language may join our family. Two projects are of interest for your localization project inside OpenOffice.org . First, the Localization project http://l10n.openoffice.org . This project manages every localization of OpenOffice.org and you should first register there. Second, the Native-Lang Confederation (here). This group of projects focuses not only on localization, they also provide users support in their native-language, the QA of localized builds, local promotion/marketing and documentation. Because we are working very closely with the L10N project, we have introduced recently two levels for NL projects. Level 1 NL projects are localization projects that need, for various reasons, to have a "place" on OpenOffice.org with a mailing list a page and some document/files strorage. They can easily request to step to the next level (2), which is composed of full-fledged NL projects whose missions have been explained above. This is now up to you evaluate your options. If you wish to request a Level 2 NL project, please describe your team and ressources here. In any case, I'm available if you need help and/or wish to setup a level 1 NL project. Sorry for the long email, and best regards, Charles-H.Schulz, Lead of Native-Lang Confederation, OpenOffice.org
