Dear Charles-H.Schulz

Thanks for an encouraging reply.
However , would you please elaborate / help me on following lines.

Charles >>This is now up to you evaluate your options. If you wish to request a
Level 2 NL project, please describe your team and ressources here. In
any case, I'm available if you need help and/or wish to setup a level
1 NL project.

Khurram >> If i understood correctly the NL2 is concentrating more on
long term goals for the project which as you mentioned developing ,
bringing awareness amongst people and supporting. I dont have access
to a big dedicated team but if this is a requirement i can talk to
"educational institute" or some other "funding support" - - Plus can
you please elaborate more on "resource requirements" as how many
resources we require -

I will try to manage something - hopefully.

Thanks a bunch !
Khurram Samad
