Correction: Daniel worked hard to promote OOoAuthors. You worked hard to
promote the INGOTS. Both are supposed to serve OOo; INGOTS is a business
related to OOo, OOoAuthors is a community fork. One is acceptable and
the other not. I would have understood your comment if Daniel had
advertised the Marketing action/ strategy of OOo or the Documentation
project of OOo, but oddly he didn't. As for IBM, don't go think you're
the only ones who talk to them and don't blatantly advertise this fact
before a meeting or something has been decided. 
I am myself getting tired of people who pretend to represent the
community and who do not. It's called astroturfing and I believe we have
had a fair share of that from pro-patents folks.
Last point, Ian: when all is said and done, there will be people who
contribute to OpenOffice.org and give the best to it, and people who are
making noise and spread FUD. I am sure that you will recognize which way
to go from there.
