If we can leave the troubles with OOoAuthors aside, there should be no 
problem. We have some people, working on translations (mainly 
english->german, but also french-german). Work is "done" at the 
OOoAuthors site, but coordinated via issuezilla / dev@de list.
I don't right know, what docuemntation is missing, or if there is 
somebody who could jump in with the named documents atm. Maybe Helga or 
Sigrid could tell more on that.
