As said before .. Daniel should know them. they have been discused
within the Community council (which Daniel is a member of). They are
binding for the documentation project (where Daniel was nominated as
CoLead).

You are right .. they are not easy to find .. but simply ask .. they
they will be told.

and again .. Daniel know them and from waht I've seen from your forward
interpreted them correctly. Anyway .. it's a waste of time to discuss
this any further, if we still keep at the point to tell who has done
what wrong.

But .. please have a look at www.openoffice.org - click on "New user and
general info".
Have a look at the left navbar. You will find Project Guidelines and
Licenses there.
under licenses you will find: "The document license is the Public
Document License."

So what would you tell a new user, what license to use, if he wants to
contribute documentation to the OOo project?
