Hi! Now I'm back from vacation. :-) I think dev@qa is more proper place
than pilotprocess@l10n to discuss adding more languages and smoke tests
into TCM, as TCM is becoming a QA tool for more than those 11 languages
I stated in the pilot process plan.

Also, I'd like to vote for the option (Option 2 in KHirano's email)
where Smoke Test is added as a Type in TCM.
