Yes. We have now resolved the rendering bugs in ICU 3.4, so that
Oriya rendering should work with the post-2.0 release of OpenOffice.
A group of students are working on backporting the fixes to ICU 2.6
for OpenOffice 1.9x/2.0. Pavel Janik has also included Oriya on the
localization page. I have just sent in the assignment of copyright
form, and will start taking a look at the locale and other stuff
needed for Oriya being included in OpenOffice. Sorry for the delay,
but I just moved across the country, and will take a few more days
to settle in.
