I hope you will succeed in your quest. Maybe this could help you: I 've
put Shkumbin Saneja, lead of the Albanian NL project
(http://sq.openoffice.org) in copy of this mail. Although he's far to be
the only one here, he and his project have constantly been coping with a
dramatic lack of ressources, and yet, they succeeded. Others are of
course invited to give their thoughts here.
