I have started on the OpenOffice glossary. We do have a GNOME
localizers group, but it works quite fitfully. I think that we (as
in the Oriya group) need to do another round of recruiting
translators. In any case, the IndLinux project is quite active in
FOSS localization in Indian languages, and many of the people there
are also OpenOffice localizers. We are trying to get a major
initiative for localization/computing in Indian languages under
way.
