Hi Charles
I remember,  i submitted a proposal a month back for Open Office
localization and i was adviced to go for "Level 2" - which i figured
out requires some dedicated resources and some fundings - I started
talking to universities and Government  - I have sent my proposal to
Goverment at the beginning of the month - - however i will be glad ,
if you can refer me to the people so we can really shoot up for the
work.
