Hello,

Even I wud like to offer my apologies for telling some things not
appropriate. Basically this happens when your efforts get a bit
belittled. I think what matters most now is that we as FLOSS community
get over our views about differences in approach and try to work
towards the overall impact. We all understand Government processes
work in their own way and we should be trying to get work done through
the processes than to get frustrated by it. I agree it is by no means
easy but thats the only way we can acheive what we wanna do.

We have often indulged in criticising each others approach and as
Sankar pointed out, each works in a way judged best by him. To try and
arrive to a unified process at this stage might be a bit difficult but
we can still pool in our efforts from various approaches and meet our
objectives.

In the current scenario it is very easy for us to get divided and I
have doubts if we already have. If that happens we might go back to
our own shells and might result in the efforts that we have put in go
to waste. Any comments/critisism expressed in a harsh way would easily
create huge walls between the teams and I am personally not for that
bcos that does not help growth.
