Yes, thanks to your wisdom, Raman's and Sankarshan'effective point, I guess we are all appreciative of each others'effort,
and although sometimes they can be misunderstood, each of them matter, just like each of you matter and are important. 
Hence the importance of staying united, and this is what the Indic NL group is all about. Much has been accomplished thanks to you, and much is left to do.
I never thought I could quote an old chinese saying to Indian people,  :-)  but today I'll do it:
"the road is long, but sometimes it is worth turning back and see how far you managed to go".
