[native-lang] Updating the table of supported languages

Hi,

I plan to do big update of the table

http://l10n.openoffice.org/languages.html

If you have any new info (e.g.: you are working on 2.0, your lead has
changed, you are new NL project, your language was merged in ooo10n20 or
similar), please let me know. Please prefix the subject with "TABLE:", e.g.:

Subject: TABLE: Czech updated/merged in ooo10n20.

Please help us to keep the table up-to-date. Thanks!
