[native-lang] Proposal of opening a project for OO.org localosation in Macedonian language (mk)

I'm Vladimir Stefanov and I'm the project leader of OO localization to 
Macedonian language. We (Macedonian Free/Libre Software Organization 
http://www.slobodensoftver.org.mk ) are organizing a localization 
marathon this week from 16-18 September, and we plan to translate 
complete OO. The glossary is already translated and lectured. Previously 
in 2002 we translated the complete OO.org 1.0.2 but we didn't translate 
the glossary, and because of that it was not released as official OO.org 
release on Macedonian.

Now, I'm interested where and how to project site, to whom to send the 
translated .po or .sdf files, and in which release we can expect 
official OO.org in Macedonian? This matter is urgent as the next week we 
will have complete translation! Also we want to know, once the 
translation will be finished, should we make a build to Macedonian 
language or you will make it from .sdf files?
