[native-lang] Process question - correcting localized text in OOo

I'm starting to get the sv project moving.

How do I go about submitting corrections to localized text?
How do I go about updating my current copy of OOo to contain the latest 
changes in localization?

Either a short description or a URL to where those task are explained in 
explicit detail would be useful.
