[native-lang] Celebrate the OOo NL Confederation on Feb 21st

February 21st has been observed every year since February 2000 by UNESCO
as International Mother Language Day. February 21st 2006 will be devoted
to the topic of languages and cyberspace.

This is a wonderful opportunity for OOo to celebrate the work of the NL
Confederation and all those who are engaged in making OOo available in
Mother Languages around the world. Particular credit is due to those
using OOo to preserve digitally endangered languages - languages used by
people who are too few in number or too poor to make them attractive to
commercial software developers.

Apologies for the short notice, but please seize this opportunity to
blog, pester media folks, or otherwise raise the profile of OOo!
