It's an addon that allow the user to send a document attached to an
e-mail. Nothing new here, but the difference is that you can choose to
send the document as a .doc or .rtf file.
This development has been made for the ministry of culture by StarXpert
and reversed by the ministry to the community under the lgpl license.
It's not online currently because of a bug when used under Windows 98.
