Why not - use whatever is most logical for people looking for
information: http://pourquoi.openoffice.org or
http://fr.openoffice.org/pourquoi or http://pourquoi.openoffice.fr ...
etc

Ideally, I would like every page on the OOo site to have a row of icons
at the top, one for each language in which it is available... something
clever in the site infrastructure ...
