And for mine, Ain. I hope to make this a starting point. I agree with  
you about simply translating any visually-based communication. It has  
to be both appropriate and effective. Often, getting your members to  
see what is available, starts a discussion on what would work for us,  
and next thing you know, someone has made sketches and put them up  
online for feedback and away we go... ;)
