Of course all of them in the free category might/should appear on OpenOffice.org site. I am not aganist to put templates to OpenOffice.org site. But until we are working to make them better and available for publicity. I am still waiting to put Hungarian templates to OpenOffice.org site. Also there are few questionable templates on OOo's site. I sent a letter to Scott and Garry in this subject. So you shuouldn't be upset about templates on other site.
