Sorry for my late answer, and thank you for your proposal. Well, you are
welcome to create a Native-Language for Dzongkha. I just need a couple
of things:
- your OOo username

You are invited to transfer your data and project's files, including
your mailing list to the soon to be formed DZ project.

I don't ask you if you already signed the JCA, I think you did if you ar
e already localizing OOo?

+1 for the Dzongkha Native-Language project!
