Not only this community exists, but they also seem to drink beer . 

Jesus has an extensive flickr portfolio, but it would be lovely to have
pictures from all of the communities of OpenOffice.org. Not just one
individual, but pictures of the team, with beer of course. I'm
kidding: pictures of the team the way you like.
