Yes, there is no issue with stability, features, etc.
Last time Mozilla added special text (actually they do for all new languages
which directly joining for a new version) like,
"following local might contain translation errors"

I know there are different policies in different projects.

MS Office Sinhala LPI is already released ( few months ago) and Localization
is bit new to my country and most of them working in English locale.

So, we have to ship good quality product in order to promote OO.org within
Sri Lanka.

Government officials also looking at this release. :)
