[native-lang] Email addresses of NLC Project Leads

Hi,

Running the NLC Representative elections unveils that some entries on
our list of NLC projects (1) are outdated.

Especially email messages to one or both leads from these projects bounced:
Latvian, Russian, Malaysian, Spanish, Tigrinya, Uzbek, Dzongkha,
Papmiento, Tamil, Persian, Chinese, Galician, Gaelic, Thai, Turkish,
Vietnamese, Lao, oopm.

So it would be great to hear about updates for email addresses.

It was mentioned that some more accurate information might be available 
on the l10n languages page

An update of the NLC page (1) plus the corresponding spreadsheet (2) 
plus the invitation list (3) could help to reach more project leads.
I'm looking for help with 1 and 2 to work on 3.
