[native-lang] questions on ES builds

Hello Alexandro, all,

It has come to my attention
(http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=109060) that the ES
project is now proposing non vanilla builds (Pavel's builds) instead of
the regular ones. I'm fine with Pavel's builds, but they are usually
not used when a vanilla version is available. 

Would you like to explain why the project chose this option?
